When someone requests a new engraving, there are certain details requested to make the job as smooth as possible. To start, when you fill out the form on the contact page or email us at info@jewelry-engraver.com, be sure to provide all of the basic information needed. This includes specific engraving instructions, such as wording, design preferences, any artwork if you have it, and other instructions related to how the engraving will look.
Additionally, if you can provide an image of the object you want to have engraved, we can better provide a detailed estimate and timeline for the project, including a sketch by email for complicated designs.
Because every engraving is a custom piece and hand crafted, the time it takes to complete will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the work load at the time it is requested.
This is why it is important that you provide as many details as possible right away so we can provide an accurate estimate and get you into the schedule right away.
We aim to make pricing very reasonable, ensuring you get the best possible service within your budget. However, keep in mind that every hand engraving performed is of highest quality possible. Pricing reflects this attention to detail and should be taken into consideration when reviewing your own project. Prices are for engraving services only, and do not include return shipping.
Pricing listed below is only for engraving on gold, platinum, silver, and palladium.
Veso Design does not engrave titanium, stainless steel, or tungsten jewelry, knife blades and plated items.
Lettering - Pricing for lettering starts at $60 and will vary depending on font style, size, number of letters, and additional monograms requested.
Outside Engraving - Outside ring engraving starts at $160 and will vary depending on the style and design.
Custom Engraving - Custom work will depend on the design and artwork requested and the amount applied in the initial order.
Knives and Firearms - Pricing for both knives and firearms starts slightly higher and can vary greatly depending on the piece and the options selected. It is important to contact us via email for more details for these projects.
If you are interested in custom engraving, or have a specific request for lettering or outside ring engraving, email us with your design needs for a specific cost.
We accept payments, including credit cards, through PayPal. There is a PayPal link at the bottom of the website on every page. We accept checks as well. Please contact us in advance of payment for a specific quote related to your project. All payments are required before jobs are shipped back to you.
Upon completion of your project, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail in a Flat Rate package, Insured and Requiring a Signature.
If you prefer another carrier, please specify before the order is finalized and always provide an accurate value for the piece so it can be insured properly.
When shipping the piece for engraving, please provide the tracking number and a return address for quick return.
Important: We will not ship the items back until payment is received.
